Our Booking Policies


THE PROCEDURE
You can either make your booking via e-mail to sales@peakpointhotel.com  or  through our Booking Form on the website. On receipt of your booking request, we will inform you through email of the availability and secure the room for you by making a tentative booking.  All this will be done in the shortest possible time.

A confirmation of reservation will be forwarded to you with indication of when payment is due to secure the room (an advance payment of 1 night’s room rate is required). Upon receipt of your confirmation and payment, we would   respond to you within the next 2 working days during our office hours (GMT +5:30, 9:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m. Sunday - Saturday).

Please print a copy of credit card payment authorization form, fill in the details and forward a scanned copy to us at sales@peakpointhotel.com  together with your identification document.

Your booking of a room will be secured once you receive our e-mail confirming your booking with indication of date/dates and room type.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
Cancellation of booking must be notified in writing to Peak Point Hotel.
Any cancellation notification received less than 3 days (considered as late cancellation) before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount of 1 night(s) room rate charge of each booking. Failure to arrive at our hotel on date indicated is also considered as late cancellation and the penalty is similar to that of late cancellation.
